Shipping
We will make every effort to dispatch your treasures as quickly as possible and thank you in advance for your patience.
- All online orders are processed Monday & Tuesday.
- Orders placed after 12pm on Tuesday will be processed the following Monday.
- We do our very best to process all orders within 7 business days, however during busy periods, this may take up to 14 business days.
The Luminous Treasures team hope you’re happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes in life things just don’t work out!

Receiving your order
Parcels will be delivered to your nominated address.
Signatures for a parcel will be required whenever a recipient is at home. But if they’re not, and a safe place for the parcel is available, we’ll leave it there so it’s ready and waiting for them.
Delivery drivers may be required to take a photo of the parcel as proof that it was delivered safely, if there’s no safe place.
Free delivery for orders
*Luminous Treasures may offer from time-to-time free delivery and reserves the right to modify or end the qualifying threshold and conditions without notice.
Items, styles, colours and sizes may vary in store and online. Large items, heavy items and gift cards not included.
Delivery fees for large items are calculated on the delivery destination.
Express Delivery
Express Delivery is available where you reside in the relevant next business day delivery network.
If your order is required urgently, please contact us before finalising your purchase to ensure that the next business day delivery to your postcode is available.
Standard Delivery
If your order is not available for next business day delivery, orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days, subject to availability and once shipped delivery is beyond our control.
Please note: Rural and remote areas may take longer. This delivery timeframe is subject to changes in circumstances.
Delivery Times
Orders are delivered on weekdays by Australia Post.
Order Tracking
If you have an account with us, you can login to your account and track your order. If you don’t have an account or checked out as a guest, the Consignment ID number can track your order.
Large & Heavy Item Classification
Large and heavy items may carry different delivery charges and times. The cost will be calculated during checkout and will be indicated in the description of the item where possible.
Payment
All orders are in Australian Dollars.
We accept PayPal, and all major credit cards including MasterCard, American Express and Visa. Luminous Treasures gift cards and e-gift cards are also welcome.
Where you have saved your card details with us, we will store your card details for use as a payment method for future purchases you make. We will notify you of any changes to how we store your card details.
