Our journey on Unley Road has sadly come to an end. While we will miss seeing you in person, you can still shop online 24/7 with fast shipping Australia-wide as we explore our next chapter and future locations!

CURRENCY AND PAYMENT METHODS

All pricing is in Australian Dollars including 10% GST.

We accept payments online via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Union Pay.

When visiting us at a market or pop-up store we also accept Cash because Cash Is King!

Please note that Luminous Treasures reserves the right to cancel any order that raises suspicion or appears fraudulent. Rest assured that any fraudulent transactions will be promptly reported to the authorities for further action.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

Every shipment is meticulously tracked, and you will receive a unique tracking number for complete visibility of your package’s journey. We prioritise the use of Australia Post for its top-notch security measures and prompt delivery service.

Your order may experience a slight delay if there are differences between the shipping and billing addresses or if any unusual activity is detected. We perform additional checks in these circumstances to ensure security and accuracy.

In certain situations, we may expedite the shipping process by arranging for your order to be shipped directly from one of our reliable suppliers or brands. This helps to streamline delivery times, ensuring you receive your package as swiftly as possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the item/s in your cart with the processing time being stated on each item’s page. 

We use Australia Post as our shipping carrier and after the processing timeframe is complete, your order will be shipped via Standard Parcel Post or Express Post, depending on your nominated delivery method.

We recommend checking each item’s page for its specific processing timeframe if you are unsure about the expected shipping time of your order.

While we aim to process your order within the specified timeframe, please be aware that unforeseen supplier delays can sometimes occur. If your item is delayed for any reason beyond the listed processing timeframe, we will notify you with a reason for the delay.

PACKAGING

At Luminous Treasures, we’re passionate about “Making Hearts Smile” and that extends to the health of our planet through practicing eco-conscious packaging. To minimise waste, we actively recycle and reuse the packaging materials we receive from our suppliers. 

When you receive your order, you might notice that we’ve repurposed packaging materials from our own supplier deliveries to contribute to a more sustainable future. It’s a small step we take to reduce waste and our environmental footprint.

SHIPPING YOUR ORDER

As we specialise in jewellery products, it is important for an adult to be home to receive your package.  

If you anticipate not be able to personally receive your delivery, we kindly ask that you arrange for an authorised adult to be present at the designated shipping address. If no-one is available, Australia Post may issue a notice for you to collect your package from a Post Office or Parcel Locker free of charge. 

In some cases, Australia Post might also give you the option to redirect your package to a Parcel Locker, especially if you have a MyPost account.

Please note: Where you specifically request for your parcel to be left in a safe location, we cannot accept responsibility for any lost deliveries in such instances. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

We understand the importance of being informed about the arrival of your purchase.  To provide you with timely updates on your order, an email notification will be sent to you on the day your order is shipped. This information will include confirmation of shipment and a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your purchase until it reaches your doorstep or the intended recipients location.

Please be aware that depending on your email inbox’s security settings or your email provider, this notification may occasionally land in your Junk or SPAM Folder. We recommend periodically checking these folders so you do not miss any important communication from us.
