How it works:

• Delivered Instantly: Your digital gift card will be delivered immediately to your email address after purchase.

• Easy to Redeem: The email contains a unique code that can be used at checkout on our website, luminoustreasures.com.au, or simply shown to a staff member for scanning at our physical shop.

• 3-Year Expiry: Our gift cards are valid for three years from the date of purchase, giving the recipient plenty of time to find their perfect treasure.

• Flexible: The value of the gift card can be spent across multiple purchases.

Please note: This is a digital product and no physical card will be mailed. Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged, and are not redeemable for cash.

Shipping

We will make every effort to dispatch your treasures as quickly as possible and thank you in advance for your patience.

• All online orders are processed Monday & Tuesday.
• Orders placed after 12pm on Tuesday will be processed within 2 business days.
• We do our very best to process all orders within 7 business days, however during busy periods, this may take up to 14 business days.

Standard Delivery

Luminous Treasures currently only posts to Australia and Norfolk Island. International Shipping is not available.

Parcels will be delivered to your nominated delivery address.

Your order will be shipped using the most appropriate shipping carrier, with it typically being sent using Australia Post as a parcel with tracking. Orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days, subject to availability and once shipped delivery is beyond our control.

Signatures for a parcel will be required whenever a recipient is at home. Where no-one is home the shipping carrier may leave your parcel in a safe place where one is available.

Delivery drivers may be required to take a photo of the parcel as proof that it was delivered safely.

Free delivery for orders

*Luminous Treasures may offer from time-to-time free delivery and reserves the right to modify or end the qualifying threshold and conditions without notice.

Items, styles, colours and sizes may vary in store and online. Large items, heavy items and gift cards not included.

Delivery fees for large items are calculated on the delivery destination.

Returns

All refund rights under both Australian State and Commonwealth law apply.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product fails during the warranty period.

At Luminous Treasures you have 30 days to return your items (some exclusions apply) for a full refund or exchange, as long as it is returned in a saleable condition with original proof of purchase. The refund will be provided using your original payment method.
